Patty has been involved in negotiating sales and lease transactions by understanding her clients’ business requrements completely, to accurately determine their real estate needs. She also assists in representing the firm's national clients including H&R Block, Hanger Prosthetics, Apria and Wireless Store. Ms. Taylor has been a part of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Team since 2004, which has completed over $250 million in commercial real estate sales and leasing transactions in the last 5 years.
Patty’s formal education includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Business Administration. Ms. Taylor is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, which is the highest possible commercial real estate designation in the United States.
